In the
Guitar INTERMEDIATE Level 6 section a wide selection of famous works
by composers is introduced, which have all to represent the characteristics
of this intermediate difficulty level.
This scores sequence has been purposively developed in such a way
that will gradually bring the player to an improvement on various
technical fundamentals while directly facing the most famous compositions
chosen for this level.
The most part of all fingering positions on the guitar board
and some selected pieces for the string hand technique and for
a lithe and elegant performing style are here introduced. The key
signatures can now cover a number of 4 accidents.
Different irregular tuplets and double or triple appoggiaturas have
been chosen as integral part of this difficulty level.
Within the arpeggio technique it is now possible to perform the
"appoggiato" effect, which always brings to the well known
acoustic result that is obtained by gently fondling the strings
with the fingers.
Particular attention in this performance technique is payed to the
way of pronouncing the outstanding melody, while mostly leaving
the accompaniment notes in the background.
